Printing Zero Priced Orders

Once you have entered all of the required information needed to generate a list of zero priced sales orders, if sales orders with a zero selling price, sales orders set to "price later", or sales orders with a selling price outside the low-high selling price range are found, command options will appear.

1. Select Print(X) from the command options.

2. Command options will appear:

• Print Displayed Items Only – Select Print Displayed Items Only to print the report with only the items that failed the zero price check
• Print All Items – Select Print All Items to include all items/sales orders with a ship date matching the date entered.

3. If the report was set to sort by item, the report will be sorted by item (I=item); if the report was set to sort by order (O=order), the report will be sorted by sales order number.

• Item – The item code
• Item Name – The item name
• Order – The order status and number. Valid statuses include: 
• O – Open, but not priced or shipped
• P – Priced, but not shipped
• S – Shipped, but not priced
• R – Ready. Priced and shipped but not invoiced
• I – Invoiced but not posted to accounts receivable. This code only displays if the Invoices Post to Receivables setting in Receivables Options has been set to B (B=batch).
• Cust – The customer ship-to ID
• Text – Order line text line 1 associated with the sales order or "temporarily out of stock" if the order was marked as out of stock in Out of Stock.
• Order Date – The date the order was entered
• Ship Date – The shipping date of the order
• Quantity – The quantity ordered in the invoicing unit of measure
• Un – The invoicing unit of measure for the item
• Price – The price of the item
• New Price – A blank line used to record the actual selling price for the item to enter later. An asterisk (*) will appear next to the new price column indicating that the selling price for a ready order can only be changed in Shipping.

Note: If "Price Later" is turned on for any order during sales order entry, that order will also be included in this report.
